if the CBE agrees with BOT recommendations (higher of 2 scores for second read, redo PT) can they get it in front of the supreme court ASAP and have the supreme court rule on it within days like how the SC did to lower the lower for F25?

So cal bar is saying on exam day I just magically forgot 3 areas of law? Look at my score sheet and look at my total average from the MBE program I had. I scored 63% on torts and my percentile was 15.6. So 84% of F25 takers are scored 64% or better? Look at both photos

PL with a retake is NOT an adequate remedy. It’s basically the same if you fail any other bar. You’re still basically a law clerk until you pass
