From the archives, maybe 2008. Mamiya 7 + 65mm/f4 lens, handheld 1/8s, in middle of the busiest Helsinki Finland downtown, at the traffic lights. The moving background is a trolley buss. I was heavily inspired by Trent Parke's B&W street work back then.

In about 3 months it will be like this again: months without sunlight, snow, snow, snow and a little bit more of snow....and then some more. And freezing temperatures. And some snow. I prefer warmness and sunlight.

I think my niche in photography is that I shoot branches, bushes, trash, all the dirty and ugly stuff around me. Here is one of my favorite photos, I think that was a trash bag. I bet no one else was so exited to find it as I was :D
